Cannot dial an international call due to incorrect format.
Cause:
The number is not in the correct international format.
Solution:
Open 'Phone Dialer' and type the number in international format.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Programs'.
3) Select 'Accessories' and select 'Phone Dialer'. (The 'Phone Dialer' dialog box appears.)
4) Type the number in international format in the 'Number to Dial' list box.
NOTE: Foreign countries do not necessarily have a fixed number of digits in the area code or the phone number.
5) Click 'Dial' to place the call.
